Step 1 -

Initial Consultation

We serve 5th - 12th grade adolescents and teens with ADHD, ADD, Level 1 Autism, OCD, or other executive functioning deficits.

During our free consultation, our starting point is what your child finds meaningful and exciting. We walk through social, emotional, executive functioning, and life skills they want to improve.

We then review barriers that have hindered skill development in the past, and we build strategies to overcome them.

Step 2 -

Virtual Mentorship Sessions

- Weekly -

After consultation, our GRIT mentors meet virtually with your child. Mentors are trained to help create and visualize steps to take during the week. Together, mentors and mentees share their experiences, build on strengths, and incorporate strategies to overcome obstacles, achieve goals, and improve their skills.

✔ With growth mindset techniques, mentees learn from what worked or did not work and advance their goals.

✔ With positive affirmations, mentees develop healthy habits and routines to gain consistent results.

Step 3 -

After every mentorship session, we provide a weekly, 15-minute check-in with parents to ensure consistency and assess progress.
