Our starting point is what your child finds meaningful and exciting. We walk through social, emotional, executive functioning, and life skills they want to improve.
We review what has hindered skill development in the past and build strategies to overcome barriers.
Virtual Mentorship Session
- Weekly/Twice Weekly -
Mentor guides the mentee to create and visualize steps to take during the week to develop skills, building on strengths and incorporating strategies to overcome barriers.
Using growth mindset techniques, they learn from what worked or did not work and advance goals.
Using positive affirmations, they develop positive habits and routines to gain consistent results
Parent Engagement
Weekly 15-minute check-in with parents to ensure consistency and assess progress.
