STRUCTURED PEER MENTORSHIP

EMPOWERING NEURODIVERSE TEENS TO PAVE THEIR PATHS

Teens spend years being told what milestones to reach and how to behave without being asked what is meaningful to them.

Our structured peer mentorship program, designed for grades 5+, helps neurodiverse teens reclaim their agency and define their journey.

They gain the tools to take control of their future, build resilience, and create meaningful connections.

They learn to realize their power, no matter the challenges.

We have a partnership with you, the parent, to actively address barriers to progress. Learn more about the GRIT method below, or get started to begin your mentorship journey.

Why We Are Different

Real connection: Our college mentors get teens—because they’ve been there too.

We listen: Your teen sets their own goals, and we help them get there, one step at a time.

Teamwork with parents: We partner with you and check in weekly to tackle any challenges.

Practical support: Trained in the GRIT Method, our mentors coach teens through everyday stuff like, “How do I start this project?” or “How do I make friends?”

Real growth: Each week, teens build confidence, social skills, and life habits that are lasting.

All virtual: Flexible, convenient, and built to fit your family’s life.
